Are Souper Cubes products oven-safe?
Yes, our silicone trays are oven-safe up to 415°F (212°C). However, please note that the clear plastic lids are not oven-safe and should be removed before baking.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Are the trays BPA-free and food-grade?
Absolutely. All Souper Cubes trays are made from 100% food-grade silicone and are BPA-free, ensuring your food stays safe and free from harmful chemicals.
Can I put my Souper Cubes in the dishwasher?
Yes, both the silicone trays and the plastic lids are dishwasher safe. We recommend placing the lids on the top rack for the best results.
